Location: Main area Crawley with UK travel with overnight stays

We’re looking for an Occupational Health Technician to join a respected national provider, supporting clients in Crawley and across the South of England. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in healthcare or fitness—such as a Paramedic, Emergency Care Assistant, First Responder, Personal Trainer, or Sports Science graduate—who’s looking to develop a long-term career in occupational health.

You’ll work as part of a professional and supportive team, visiting client sites to carry out health assessments and promote workplace wellbeing. Full training is provided, including a structured three-week induction programme, giving you all the skills and confidence you’ll need to succeed.

The Role

  • Deliver health screenings such as audiometry, spirometry (lung function) and baseline health checks

  • Work on-site at client premises in Crawley and across the UK when required

  • Support clients in maintaining safe, healthy workplaces and encourage wellbeing initiatives

You’ll Need

  • A background in healthcare, fitness, or a similar field

  • A full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months; minimum age 21 due to vehicle insurance minimum requirements)

  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed

  • Good communication skills and a proactive, organised approach
